This goes right along with the thought closet post. Thing is though...I have had this verse posted on my mirror in my room for over a year and was very surprised and happy that this verse was the theme verse for the thought closet study!
Psalm 19:14 is one of my life verses. Its one I often need to remember!
When a verse or passage of scripture really convicts me or encourages me one of my favorite things to do is write it somewhere...whether its just in my journal or a scrap piece of paper. Writing out verses helps me memorize. Memorizing is the next thing I try to do...by memorizing verses I am hiding God's word in my heart and can pull it out when I need it. I also use post it notes to write verses on and stick them in various places such as my mirror, dresser,or even the front of a schoolbook or other book I am currently reading. All of these things help me to keep God's word at the fore front of my mind.
Something I haven't done but want to do is have a memorization partner to help keep each other accountable and help each other pick a verse or a passage every couple of weeks or so to memorize together. Memorizing and meditating on the Holy Word has been so wonderful for me. It has so many benefits! In fact there is a verse in Psalms (can't give you the exact passage right now.sorry!) that says something like this " I know your word better than my teachers because I ponder your words all day long"
Also Meditating has proven to be helpful in getting better sleep and having a better day! at least in my life. I tend to have a better attitude and worry less.
So there ya go! Go Memorize and Meditate on God's word! What are you waiting for?? :)

2. Be honest. Share stories and personal experiances if you would like but please don't share names and locations and such...I don't say this to be mean but to protect everyone here =)
