I am really would love to honor God with my body more and get healthier. I want to lose some weight. Right now I don't have any big or long term goals...I think I am going to take this week by week and perhaps even day by day...in fact...I am thinking of adopting a report card system similar to Kelli at the blog "she learns as she goes"....Let me know what you guys think. So far I have the blessings challenge for the rest of the month and for the rest of this months fitness challenge...How about I make it a goal to get out walking, hiking, or doing some type of exercise at least 3-4 times before the month is up...not a huge goal but accomplish-able and if I am really motivated I can rise above it. Also I want to drink more water and less soda and junk.
I have tried to lose weight but it always got overwhelming and I quit...I don't want it to be this way again...So I am not going to beat myself up about this. I am just going to do the short term stuff and I would love it if I could find a work out partner too to keep me accountable.
So my three goals in the next 2 weeks are
1. Count my blessings
2. Get some exercise at least 3-4 times before the end of the month
3. Drink more water and less of the other stuff.
Also if anyone following my blog would like to join in this challenge with me, please do! And leave a comment telling me that you are! Even if your not and you would like to show your encouragement and support, that would be awesome as well.
