Literally a few hours after I wrote that last entry God answered my prayers and made peace. There was conviction, confession of wrong doing, and forgiveness. I was amazed. Praise God!
While I don't think that this trial is completely over I know now more than ever that God is present every step of the way and He is at work. He is mending hearts and pruning vines. He is turning disappointment in His appointment.
I don't know about you guys but I sure love the Lord! Praise God! He is good!
